How do I enrol?
IMPORTANT: Before you enrol, make sure you understand the terms and conditions of your enrolment. Download your FREE course guide in each course page, and access our student handbook for more information. What is Vocational Placement? How do I go about it?
Some courses require students to complete a set number of hours in the workplace to demonstrate and apply the target knowledge and skills for the qualification. For example:
Can I get a refund?
Why get a refund, when you can start your course for FREE? We take pride in the quality of our training programs. As such, we offer all our students a FREE trial period at the beginning of each full course. It typically covers one module or subject where students are not required to pay any tuition fees. You can cancel your enrolment anytime during the free trial period. Charges will only apply at the end of the FREE trial period when you have full access to all the modules for the course.

What is the mode of delivery?
HPI Training Group offers different modes of delivery for different programs. The following are typical modes of delivery offered:
What if I can't complete the course?
You will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the units you are able to complete successfully. You will have the option to apply for course extension to complete the rest of the course.
I want to take advantage of the sale but I'm not ready to start my course yet. What can I do?
You can register to any course and delay your enrolment for up to six months from the date of registration. Talk to your enrolment coordinator about it.
